"Generous Home" was born out of a desire to encourage the hearts of women of all ages to creatively use their homes to be a blessing to others. We are passionate to see women succeed in the art and pleasure of hospitality.
We are so excited to begin this "blogging journey" with you. Hospitality is connecting with others as we share from the bounty of our own lives. Being hospitable is about creating an environment that is friendly and comfortable, whether it is inviting a family over for a meal, simply taking a friend for coffee, or extending a smile or word of encouragement to someone in the grocery line. Especially during this Christmas season, there are many opportunities to touch people in tangible and meaningful ways. True hospitality is so much more than “entertaining”; it is being gracious, sensitive and Christ-like to those around you.
